The national anthem performed by the Stoolbend Orchestra and sung by our daughter Roberta! I don’t know why you made her look like Whitney Houston! Because her teacher, Mrs. Hawthorne, loved Whitney Houston when she was a kid! She heard “I Wanna Dance with Somebody “ at camp during a newspaper pageant. She did this for her, and the whole school.

Roberta, how’s Mrs. Hawthorne’s makeover coming? It’s okay. Her favorite song “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” by Whitney Houston is on, and she’s jamming out. I love that song too.

We just got tickets to see the Whitney Houston concert! I would love to go if she doesn't sing that national anthem rendition.

I loved when Roberta sings, “For the land of the free and the home of the brave “! The ending is the best part of the anthem! Cleveland, she let out a Whitney Houston inspiring performance of “The Star Spangled Banner” for her Veterans Day pageant at school!

Roberta sings I Wanna Dance With Somebody in the shower. She just wants to do that for her dumb teacher!

Also, this volleyball game was followed by a very special birthday salute, to 6th grade social studies and math teacher, Tomeka Hawthorne, by local RMS student and 7th grader, Roberta Tubbs. That's right Tom. Principal Natalie James picked Roberta to sing a soulful rendition of "Happy Birthday" to Hawthorne, because she would never forget the Whitney Houston she is to her.

Louise’s present was an In Memoriam 2011 thing. It dissolves pictures of the people that died in 2011 and early 2012 on her ceiling. I know Whitney Houston, I don’t know the other people.
